PRESIDENT OF INDIA TO VISIT GUJARAT FROM SEPTEMBER 3 TO 4, 2017

The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind will visit Gujarat from September 3 to 4, 2017.

On September 3, 2017, the President will visit Sabarmati Ashram. On the same day, he will be chief guest at the launch of various social welfare programmes in Mehsana on the occasion of the 83rd birthday of Rashtrasant Acharya Padmasagarsuriji.

On September 4, 2017, the President will lay the foundation stone of ‘Saurashtra Narmada Avataran Irrigation Yojana’ (SAUNI) Phase-II Link-4 at Rajkot.
