CHANGE OF GUARD CEREMONY TO RECOMMENCE ON SUNDAYS FROM OCTOBER 13; WILL CONTINUE TO BE HELD ON SATURDAYS AS WELL

The Change of Guard Ceremony on Sundays, which was discontinued earlier due to extreme weather conditions, will recommence from October 13, 2019. The timing of the Ceremony will be:

- from 1630 hrs to 1730 hrs (October 13 to 30, 2019);
- from 1610 hrs to 1710 hrs (November 1, 2019 to March 14, 2020);and
- from 1710 hrs to 1810 hrs (March 15, 2020 to April 30, 2020).

The Ceremony will also continue to take place on every Saturday on following timings:

- from 0740 hrs to 0840 hrs (October 12 to November 14, 2019) and
- from 0940 hrs to 1040 hrs (November 15, 2019 to March 14, 2020)

A request to witness the Change of Guard Ceremony can be made online through a link on the website https://rb.nic.in/rbvisit/rbvisit_cog.aspx. Entry is through Gate No. 2 or 37 of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
