PRESIDENT OF INDIA APPOINTS GOVERNORS/LIEUTENANT GOVERNORS

The President of India is pleased to make the following appointments/changes:-

1. Shri Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Jammu & Kashmir is transferred and appointed as Governor of Goa;
2. Shri P.S. Sreedharan Pillai as Governor of Mizoram;
3. Shri Girish Chandra Murmu as Lieutenant Governor of Jammu- Kashmir;
4. Shri Radha Krishna Mathur as Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh

The above appointments will take effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
